You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account for Taiven. You may not create multiple accounts, and users who have previously had their account suspended may not create a new one without permission. You must use your real, primary phone number, and you are prohibited from using phone numbers from publicly available services for receiving account verification codes.
Taiven allows you to send and receive email messages. You may not use our service to store or distribute content that infringes upon intellectual property or is otherwise illegal. You may not send excessive email messages, or unwanted messages that are considered spam.
Usage that is deemed excessive can put strain on our infrastructure and increase costs or decrease the quality of the service for other users, so we may terminate accounts that we believe are intentionally using more resources than necessary to detriment the service.
Your account may be terminated without warning for any reason, but we probably won't do this because we're nice. We monitor the activity of accounts and sometimes terminate suspicious accounts that we believe are violating our policies, but if you believe your account was wrongfully terminated, you may submit an appeal using the methods in the contact section below. If your account is terminated, you may not create a new one without permission from the service operators. We will not accept liability for any damages that happen as a result of your account being terminated.
